1.  Ignition mode

The ignition methods of gas cookers mainly include electronic pulse ignition and piezoelectric ceramic ignition. However, most desktop stoves use piezoelectric ceramic ignition mode, and the success rate of ignition is greatly affected by environmental humidity. 2. Flameout mode
The safe use of gas cookers requires the installation of flameout protection devices. At present, the commonly used flameout protection methods are mainly thermal, thermoelectric and photoelectric.
The thermal type, also known as bimetallic sheet type, uses the bimetallic sheet’s expansion and bending characteristics under the effect of temperature to take the bimetallic sheet as the sensor of the safety protection device. Under the effect of temperature, the metal with large expansion coefficient will bend to the metal with small expansion coefficient. When the temperature is lost, the originally expanded and bent metal will slowly return to the original state.
The thermoelectric flameout safety protection device is composed of thermocouple and solenoid valve. The thermoelectric protection device is made of different thermoelectric potentials generated by different alloy materials under the action of temperature. This protection device uses thermocouple as the thermal sensor, requiring high installation accuracy for the fitting of plug valve and solenoid valve.
Photoelectric type is also called ion induction type. The device makes use of the fact that the flame of the gas has ions and unidirectional conductivity when burning. At present, this safety protection mode has realized AC induction, and its reliability has been greatly improved.
