Inspection standard of electrophoresis Pan Support?
1. Appearance
After electrophoresis, the surface of parts shall be free of particles, roughness, pimples, pits, shrinkage cavities, pinholes, stains, water droplets, sagging, exposure and peeling, and the thickness of electrophoresis layer shall be uniform.
2. Electrophoretic layer thickness
The thickness of electrophoresis layer shall be 10-18um.
3. Adhesion of electrophoresis layer
Cross cut method: its spacing is 1mm, and then it is divided into 100 squares. Then use adhesive tape to stick it on it, and pull it away with force in an instant, the electrophoresis layer shall not fall off 20/100, otherwise it will be deemed as unqualified.
Round rolling line scratch method: the adhesion tester shall be used for measurement, which shall not be lower than Grade 5 in GB/T1720, otherwise it shall be deemed as unqualified.
4. Hardness of electrophoresis layer
The plowing method is generally used for measurement, that is, use a 2H pencil to cut the front end of the core, and then push it out at 45 degrees with the object to be measured. If there is no scratch on the surface, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
5. Corrosion resistance of electrophoresis layer
Carry out neutral test within 24 or 48 hours, and then observe whether there are white, black or brown corrosion spots on the edge of the sample and its outer surface.
