How to silk-screen in Tempered Galss?

The screen printing room is also called dust-free screen printing room. There are manual screen printing and machine screen printing. Here we will talk about manual screen printing. What must be prepared for manual silk screen printing? And how is the silk screen printing process?
1. Ink: Ink is a necessary part of silk screen printing. Where does it come from without ink. Ink can be divided into many colors, and the silk screen printing master must learn how to mix ink.
2. Screen board: screen board is prepared for printing patterns on glass. First, apply the photosensitive adhesive on the screen, and then combine the film and strong light to make the pattern onto the screen. Put the film under the screen, and then expose the photoresist on the screen with strong light. After that, wash off the photoresist on the part blocked by the film, and the pattern will be made.
3. Oven: The oven reminds us of baking. Yes, we put the glass in the oven to bake. After the glass is printed with a pattern, the ink on the glass does not dry out quickly. If we take the glass at this time, we will touch the ink, which will damage the pattern. After the oven, the ink will dry and the pattern will not be erased easily.
4. Tempering furnace: Why go through the tempering furnace? Silk screen printing can be divided into high-temperature silk screen printing ink and low-temperature silk screen printing ink. The high-temperature silk screen printing ink must first be silk screen printed before going through the tempering furnace. In this way, the ink is fused with the glass surface, and it is impossible to wipe off the ink.
